Sony’s Free PS3 Games: Which is Best?
So Sony is offering PS3 members affected by the recent PSN (Playstation Network) hacking and subsequent month of downtime a PlayStation Network and Qriocity Customer Appreciation Program in North America. All PlayStation Network customers can select two PS3 games from the following list. The games will be available for 30 days shortly after PlayStation Store is restored and can be kept forever:
Dead Nation (77/100) – $7.99
inFAMOUS (85/100) – $23.38
LittleBigPlanet (95/100) – $18.40
Super Stardust HD (85/100) – $9.99
Wipeout HD + Fury (89/100) – $19.99
But, which two games should you choose? I’ve linked in the MetaCritic scores above, as well as their Amazon prices. Since you’re getting this for free, you want to maximize the rating and the current market price to get the most out of it. Here’s the price-weighted ratings chart:
| Game | Price | Rating | Price Weighted Rating |
| inFAMOUS | 23.38 | 85 | 24.91912226 |
| Wipeout HD | 19.99 | 89 | 22.30858934 |
| LittleBigPlanet | 18.4 | 95 | 21.9184953 |
| Super Stardust HD | 9.99 | 85 | 10.6476489 |
| Dead Nation | 7.99 | 77 | 7.714482759 |
