Half Life Cheat Codes

Start Half-Life using hl.exe -dev -toconsole. This will let you access the console using “~” key. To do this, create a shortcut to hl.exe (by right-clicking on hl.exe and selecting Create Shortcut). Then right click on the shortcut, go to Properties and add -dev -toconsole to Target: box so it reads “c:\whatever\hl.exe -dev -toconsole”. Use this shortcut to start Half-Life.

You may have to type “sv_cheats 1” in console first.

The following commands are available in console:

  • /GOD – god mode.
  • /NOCLIP – walk through walls/fly.
  • /MAP xxxx – go to map xxxx. Map names are of the format c#a#, (c1a1, c2a1, etc). We do not recommend using this command as it will serious distract the gameplay. See the map list for names of all levels.
  • /NOTARGET – invisible to enemies.
  • /GIVE xxxx – give item xxxx. The following items are available:

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Cheats (PC and Xbox 360)

Well, Bethesda Softworks has released their latest first-person, role-playing epic: The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion for both the Xbox 360 and PC.  Whether you’ve downloaded it from Limewire, leeched from a Torrent seeding-pool, or pre-ordered it at your local electronics store, there’s little doubt that you’re lost in a world so immense and excitingly realistic that you’ve changed your schedule just to progress in the game.  Some people choose to work through RPGs by themselves.  Others refer to walkthroughs and FAQs when they’re stuck.  Only scum cheat, and this post is for all you scum out there.  Without further ado, here are the cheats for the respective platforms:

 Oblivion PC Cheats:

While playing, drop the developer console via the TILDE key.  You may need to add a -dev or -devuser switch to the command or target line to the game executable via a Windows shortcut. 

tfc – UFO Cam, freeflyng camera.

psb – Add all spells to player.

modpcs skill 100 – Adds 100 points to the skill.

modpca luck 100 – Adds 100 pointsto an attribute (here luck)

player.additem 0000000F ‘XXX’ – Adds the desired amount of gold. Replace the ‘XXX’ with the amount wanted.

Showbirthsignmenu – Allows you to change your birthsign.

showclassmenu – Allows you to change your class.

FOV # – Change the angle of your point of view. (default is 75)

player.setlevel 1 – Changes player level to desired number. Use 1-255.

SexChange – Changes your gender.

caqs – Completes all quest stages.

SSG – Creates a window with the full game scene graph

qqq – Exit game without using menus.

advlevel – Forces a level up with the level up screen.

advskill skill # – Forces a skill level up of # levels, example: advskill blade 4.

player.setAV < #> – Increase (Or decrease) Ability or Attribute.

kill – Instant kills.

player.setcrimegold 0 – Removes Bounty on your head. NOTE: If being chased by city guards, you must leave the city and go back for it to work on them.

resurrect – Resurrect targeted monster/human.

ShowClassMenu – Show the class selection screen.

ShowRaceMenu – Show the name/race/appearance selection screen.

ShowBirthSignMenu – Show the sign selection screen.
