Strange Mario media
There have been several unusual Mario-related fan-made releases in the past few months. The only thing understandable from the Google translation of the Mario comic is that the Mario Brothers are a pair of body-builders capable of stopping enormeous bullets with their muscles, and can fly around without their trade-mark capes. Any insight into this very odd comic is welcome.

As for the other Mario oddities, there are two notable flash videos. The first purports that “love is over” after a series of images portray Mario as a bloated monstrosity that everyone fears, ultimately de-romanticizing him.
The second video, Mario Q, seems to be morbidly random, and universally provokes a “what the hell?” response.
